Location: South Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY
Are you passionate about food and excited to work in a fast-paced kitchen? AM-THAI is a modern Thai restaurant in Williamsburg looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team!
Open Positions
1) Line Cook Appetizer Station
= Responsible for Salads, Burner, and Deep Fry station
= Must have prior experience handling multiple tickets under pressure
2) Line Cook Wok Station
= Responsible for stir-frying meats & vegetables, fried rice, and noodle dishes
= Must be comfortable cooking popular dishes like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, etc.
3) Prep Cook
= Responsible for cutting vegetables, portioning proteins, and preparing ingredients
= Must follow chefs instructions and maintain proper kitchen organization
What Were Looking For
= Experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Appetizer, Wok, or Prep stations
= Eager to learn Thai cuisine and grow with us
= Ability to adapt to a semi-Asian company culture (Thai owner but American at heart)
= Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
= Must be able to handle a 10-hour shift with a scheduled break
