Line Cook/Prep Cook

Our line cooks will work hand in hand with our kitchen/general manager, the asst. General

manager, barista manager and owners to ensure continuity in performance and execution of all

responsibilities. Our line cooks should have a willingness to engage with customers and build

the restaurant, as well as relationships with our patrons.

• Full working knowledge of our entire breakfast sandwich program through proper training
• Execution of reaching timely goals regarding customer service and food prep times
• Set up and take down of entire kitchen line
• Working understanding of good food production practices to ensure the safety of our customers
• Opening and closing duties
• Cleaning related practices
• Customer service skills
• General restaurant responsibilities
