The Customer Service Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting customers and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing a busy reception area, maintaining a tidy workspace, and performing sales tasks as required.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
  • Greet customers and visitors professionally and courteously.

Additional Information

This role is typically a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. However, we would consider a part-time role. The Customer Service Receptionist will work in a retail store environment with constant interaction with customers, staff members, and management.
