Housekeeper Full Time from 6am to 3pm

The Housekeeper cleans and services clinical and residential building areas, moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around clinic departments, residential homes and residential apartments and performs a variety of housekeeping duties, to maintain the facilities in an orderly and sanitary condition. Work is full time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Work is performed at the residential and clinic sites. The residential site may be a home and/or an apartment complex which may have two stories; if two stories, the top story is accessible by one flight of stairs.
Successful maintenance of this position require a high level of organizational skills as well as the ability to detect, identify, and clean the facilities.

Job Tasks:
Performs the following duties as required: sweeps, mops and vacuums floors. May shampoo carpets.
Dusts window sills, blinds, floors, and furniture.
Washes walls, ceilings, and inside windows by hand using water, cleaning solutions, sponge and cloths.
Scours and polishes sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, ovens, stoves, and similar equipment.
Distributes supplies at clinic and apartments such as: soap, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and other dispensable items.
Moves furniture to clean rooms and areas.
Gathers and disposes of trash, washes waste baskets and large refuse containers and relines with paper or plastic bags.
Requirements:
High school graduation or G.E.D. required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are arrived at each unique case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21.00 an hour.
