Key Responsibilities
Lawn and Plant Care:
Mowing, edging, watering, fertilizing, and cultivating lawns, flowerbeds, and other landscaped areas.
Weeding and Pest Control:
Identifying and removing weeds and applying chemicals to control insects and pests.
Landscaping:
Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, mulching, and arranging plants for aesthetic appeal.
Litter and Debris Removal:
Raking leaves, collecting litter, and ensuring grounds are free of debris.
Snow and Ice Removal:
Clearing snow and ice from walkways, roads, and parking lots during winter months.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operating and performing minor maintenance on lawn equipment, vehicles, and other tools.
Minor Repairs:
Performing small repairs on irrigation systems, fences, and other outdoor features.
Skills and Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Plant Knowledge: Understanding of plants, grasses, and how to care for them.
Equipment Operation: Skill in operating various tools and equipment, including mowers, edgers, tractors, and other motorized equipment.
