Key Responsibilities:

Prepare doughs, batters, icings, and fillings according to recipes or custom specifications.

Bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and other baked goods in ovens or other baking equipment.

Monitor baking process to ensure proper texture, color, and consistency.

Measure and mix ingredients accurately using scales, mixers, and other baking tools.

Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation and bakery area.

Ensure all baked goods are labeled, dated, and stored properly.

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Assist in inventory management and ordering baking supplies as needed.

Collaborate with kitchen or service team to fulfill custom or bulk orders on time.
