Primary Objective of Barista PositionTo provide quality service to customers of the coffee bar Responsibilities Provides quality food and beverage service to customers Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to upsell to premium productsEnsures that the coffee bar area is properly cleaned and well stocked with suppliesDisplays beverage selection in an attractive mannerGrinding and brewing coffeeMaintains knowledge of inventory and selection to respond properly to customer questionsUnderstands and follows all state laws and guidelines for beverage serviceMaintains proper bar cleanlinessAvailability to start shifts at 4am is required.
