S.K.Y. opened this summer in the iconic Belden-Stratford building in Lincoln Park, and were building a brand-new team. Chef Stephen Gillanders flagship restaurant is known for globally inspired, contemporary American food served in a welcoming, upscale-casual setting.

The new space features a stunning dining room with lake views, outdoor patio seating, and two unique concepts under the same roof: Le Mistral, a hidden wine & cocktail bar tucked behind the kitchen, and INTRO, a private tasting menu experience.

Were looking for full-time servers to join our team. This is a tip-pool house, with opportunities to work in the main dining room, patio, and private events space. Regular training and support are part of our culture we want you to learn, grow, and succeed.

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
