Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.

• Deliver superb hospitality by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Prior barista or specialty coffee experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate with great hospitality skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.

• Open availability preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A passion for creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
