Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Cleaning - wiping/disinfecting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and emptying trash cans.
Dust or wipe down counters, ledges, tops of partitions lamps, mirrors.
Disinfect telephones and all surfaces.
Clean break rooms and rearrange chairs.
Vacuum all areas with carpet.
Mop all hard surface floors.
Clean exterior and interior entrance area doors.
Clean all glass doors
Disinfect and clean all bathrooms including toilets.
Replacing all dispensers with towels, tissues and hand soap

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education required. A background check is required.
Must have at least 4 years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation. (Employee may be required to transport equipment from different work sites)
Must be dependable and have strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.

Pay Rate: 15$ training pay and up to $20 an hour base pay after successful training

Hours: Flexible hours and days starting after 6pm.
