Job Title: Receptionist - Direct Hire
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our client's office. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle front desk operations efficiently, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
-Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
-Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
-Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
-Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
-Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
-Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
-Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks as required.
-Uphold confidentiality and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications a plus.
-Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines, phone systems).
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:
-Full-time, onsite position.
-Standard office hours with occasional flexibility as required.
-Professional office setting with regular interaction with staff, clients, and vendors.
