Randstad is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a one-day assignment in Comox and Courtenay. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.
This is a temporary, one-day position.
Date: September 2nd
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Warmly greeting and directing all visitors.
Answering phones, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
Handling mail processing and distribution.
Performing data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Assisting with administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Two or more years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank deposits is a plus.
