The Role at a glance:
We are excited to bring a versatile catering attendant to our higher education team in Fairmont, WV. As a Catering attendant, you will have the opportunity to ensure the management of large production-style catering for an established collegiate dining location.
What you'll be doing:Pantry
- Order food items as needed.
- Maintain inventory and stock.
- Ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget.
Commissary
- Fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.
- This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Pantry
Must-haves:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of food storage and safety procedures
Nice-to-haves:
- At least one years experience in a foodservice environment
- Experience with high volume catering strong preferred!
