This is your chance to be part of something sweet from the very beginning! We are a fast-growing dessert company searching for a Kitchen Helper to assist with dosification and pastry preparation.

What Youll Do
Support our pastry production team with daily operations.
Assist in dosification and preparation of desserts.
Keep a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Work full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (40 hrs/week).
Be ready to jump in and grow with us!

What Were Looking For
Experience in a pastry, bakery, or kitchen environment (preferred but not required).
Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
Passion for desserts and detail-oriented work.
Reliability and eagerness to learn new skills.
Must live near our production center in Miami, FL.
Available to start immediately.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $15/hour.
One week of paid time off (after 1 year).
3 paid sick days per year.
