Custodian Needed

We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facilities. The external and internal appearance of a building reflects on the occupants. It is important for a custodian, or janitor, to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.

Job days and hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:00pm until 9:30pm

Rate of pay is $14.00 per hour. Experience preferred. Experience cleaning carpets and stripping and waxing floors are a plus. Dependable, honest, long term and positive attitude is a must. This job is located in Orlando south the Florida Mall, please provide a working phone number and brief description of any experience you may have. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleans and services restrooms.
Sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors.
Gathers and disposes of rubbish and waste materials.
Spot cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Dusts such items as furniture, file cabinets, and windowsills using treated dust mittens, cloths, or hand-cleaning items.
Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies.
