This position is responsible for providing front desk support during evening hours, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff. Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information and assistance to inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Monitor and manage evening appointments or check-ins
Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Ensure security protocols are followed, including signing in visitors and monitoring building access
Communicate with daytime staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity
Report any maintenance or safety concerns as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
Dependable and punctual, especially during evening hours
Evening shift: 4/4:30-8pm
Saturdays-8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm
