• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company policies.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and guide staff through training, coaching, and performance management, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
• Guest Experience: Champion the Caesars Total Service program by maintaining high standards of hospitality and responsiveness.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure food presentation and preparation meet premium standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Talent Development: Conduct performance reviews, recommend promotions, and support career growth within your team.

• Previous fine dining restaurant management experience preferred.
• Valid SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional Family Style Service.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in hot, smoky, or outdoor environments.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and maneuver in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
