Core Responsibilities

• Craft Beverages : Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso-based drinks, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specials.
• Customer Service : Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and create a welcoming experience and provides Caesars Entertainments Family Style Service .
• Product Knowledge : Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and promote new offerings.
• Cash Handling : Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Store Maintenance : Clean workstations, restock supplies, and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Working Hours

• Shifts vary and may include early mornings,weekends, and holidays .

Skills & Qualities

• Strong communication and multitasking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Customer service and food handling experience (preferred but not required)
