JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Boston team, an esteemed culinary brand renowned for pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the industry. JF Restaurants is excited to recently enter the Boston market with 8 exciting concepts at Winthrop Center at Downtown Crossing.

We are embarking on an ambitious venturea groundbreaking multi-use building housing 8 distinct dining concepts under one visionary umbrella. Each concept will offer a unique culinary journey, from casual to fine dining, all crafted with innovation and passion.

Your Role: As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction, operations, and profitability of each concept. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our guests experiences and ensuring that every visit leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with our esteemed chefs and creative team to refine and execute each concepts vision, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and guest expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in hospitality management, from procurement to service delivery, maintaining high standards across all outlets.
• Financial Oversight: Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, pricing strategies, and innovative revenue streams.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Guest Experience: Champion a guest-centric approach, continuously enhancing service levels and dining experiences to exceed expectations.
• Administrative Management: Work with marketing team on programming and branded collateral. Support team with menu editing across all platforms. Indesign proficiency preferred.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior F&B management role within a high-volume, multi-concept environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal.
• Passion for culinary innovation and a deep understanding of current food trends and consumer preferences.
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
