• 12 years experience in a high-volume restaurant
• A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Solid food and beverage knowledge, especially Italian cuisine & wine
• Comfortable using POS systems
• Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and always guest-focused
