Wine Server

Fedora is seeking a dedicated full-time wine server to join our team. We are currently open Tuesday-Saturday and aim to expand to 7 nights/week in the fall. We opened in the Spring of this year and have a small staff dedicated to low-intervention wine, seasonal food in a warm historic space. We are looking for someone that wants to learn and contribute to our growing talented team!

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• A genuine enthusiasm for natural wine and a desire to continually expand their knowledge
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a server or sommelier in an elevated restaurant setting
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Being self driven, able to multitask and self manage with an attention to detail
• Able to maintain a professional, yet welcoming and friendly demeanor at all times
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback constructively
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Must provide 2 professional references
• Additional experience as a bartender or host is a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
