Job Description: As a Host/Hostess, you will welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow in the dining room. You are the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating a positive first impression and assisting the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow.

  • Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

  • Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area.

  • Assist with guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.

  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
