Responsibilities:
Cook and plate menu items quickly and consistently
Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Follow food safety/sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist with prep, restocking, and cleaning
Communicate and work well with the team

Requirements:
Prior cooking/food prep experience (food truck experience a plus)
Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Available mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle hot conditions
