Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Hospitality Associate. You will be responsible for setting up and supporting food service for meetings, events, and social gatherings, as well as assisting with banquet service, conference room arrangements, and ordering supplies. In this role, you will provide professional and courteous service to attorneys, staff, and guests while maintaining proper email and verbal communication etiquette. You must be willing to work on a flexible schedule. While the standard hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, they may occasionally be required to work later, until 8:00 or 9:00 PM, to support law firm social events. In addition, there may be occasional weekend events requiring Saturday or Sunday shifts. Although weekend work is less frequent than evening events, we want to be transparent that it may be required.

Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay rate: $18.03/hr

Responsibilities:
Set up and support food service for meetings, events, and social gatherings.
Assist with banquet service, conference room arrangements, and ordering supplies.
Provide professional, courteous service to attorneys, staff, and guests.
Maintain email and verbal communication using proper etiquette.
Update spreadsheets and perform basic administrative tasks in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and walking.

Requirements:
Previous hospitality/food service experience (restaurant, catering, or similar).
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends for events.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
