About the Opportunity

The Receptionist provides a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, performing clerical support, and assisting with community tasks. The Receptionist ensures smooth communication, a clean and organized reception area, and supports administrative functions to help the community run efficiently.

• Participates in designated staff meetings and supports new staff as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred.

• Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and learning new systems.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
