Job Overview:

As a Concierge Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operating as the eyes and ears of the community. Verify and assist guests through community gates, performs hourly parking checks to enforce time restrictions, works with security to pass parking log from each shift, issue parking violations as needed, Maintains access code database, updates codes as required. Picks up packages at one location and transports them across campus to the Welcome Center. Cehck in packages, collect signature and close out packages when picked up. Familiar with Pierhomes rules to properly guide residents, guests and contractors. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures. Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work. Promptly reports maintenance needs and violations when noticed during parking checks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Meets and greets residents
  • Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems
  • Accurately maintains parking logs
  • Assists with general concierge services and performs administrative clerical, Word and Excel document work.
  • Performs hourly parking checks on areas not accessible by camera
  • Monitors and controls access to the community
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary
  • Submits work orders as needed
  • Helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the property
  • Keeps Welcome Center clean, including windows and floors, dust, sweep, Swifer as needed to keep professional appearance.
  • Have the ability to understand and complete all required forms
  • May be assigned other duties by supervisor

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required

  • Occasional overtime may be required
  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings.

  • Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings.

Work is performed in a variety of environmental conditions, with exposure to outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, equipment vibrations, vehicle and/or chemical fumes, chemicals such as cleaning solvents and grease, machinery and their moving parts, and dust. Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
