Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community set on 65 rolling acres along the Connecticut River in Hanover, New Hampshire and is home to 400 residents. Kendal offers competitive wages and excellent benefits, including 3 options for health insurance, bonuses, generous paid time off programs, on-site childcare, and exceptional educational assistance and employee support programs! We have an on-site fitness center and an indoor pool that employees and their family members have access to 24/7.
Kendal at Hanover is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. Primary responsibilities include greeting all guests and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner; responding to residents' requests for assistance and information; processing UPS packages for shipping; and booking Farmhouse reservations for family members.
A successful candidate for this role will have:
* Three to six months of related experience and/or training (or the equivalent combination of education and experience).
* A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
The hours for this role are expected to be on average, 18 hours per week. The work hours are: 8 hours on either Thursday or Friday, and 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays with alternating work on Saturday required.
