Job Title: FOH Team Member

Position Overview:
Powder Mountains exclusive private community is seeking experienced front of house staff for our Powder Haven facilities; Skylodge at the top of Powder Mountain and Powder Landing on the shore of Pineview Reservoir.

Key Responsibilities:
- A commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of hospitality to all guests.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Skylodge's exclusive and inviting.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service that will exceed guest expectations.
- Train and mentor front of house staff on service standards, including proper table etiquette, guest interaction, and conflict resolution.
- Be able answer guest inquiries about allergens, menu pairing, sourcing of ingredients.
- Have deep knowledge of menu offerings and beverage pairings.
- Be polite, polished and courteous.
- Receive guest meal and beverage requests and deliver in a timely manner.
- Offer table service and clear table when appropriate.
- Have knowledge of Powder Mountain/Haven events, terrain and conditions.
- Partner if culinary staff, being a team player.
- Follow food preparation and presentation guidelines.
Requirements and/or Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in front of house roles in high-end or luxury hospitality environments.
- Current Utah Food Handlers Permit
- Current Sips & Tips Certification
- Age 21+ required.
- Reliable Transportation or dedication to using UTA and shuttle services.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and a professional appearance, with an added focus on seasonal specifications.
- Extreme punctuality
Physical Requirements- Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to:
- Sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common F&B/Sales equipment on a constant basis
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs.
Working Environment:
- Primarily working outdoors in sunny conditions at 8,000+ ft elevation
