Vacation Home Housekeeper

Are you enthusiastic, hard-working and well organized with a background in hospitality and housekeeping? This position is for you! We are a fast-growing family-run business specializing in marketing and managing vacation rental homes in the Disney area.
Who were looking for
We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic person who cares deeply about our guests and can help us keep our vacation homes sparkling clean. You will have an eye for detail and a knack for correcting any issues to ensure the needs of our properties are met. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player with some knowledge of apps and technology.
Ideally, you'll have a hospitality housekeeping background with some knowledge of the vacation rental industry.
Duties and responsibilities
Professionally clean and maintain properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
Cleaning, and sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas
Doing dishes / Emptying dishwasher
Emptying and sanitizing all waste baskets
Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind
Stripping all linens off beds and towels from bathroom
Doing laundry as needed and inspecting for stains according to linen program standards
Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.)
Identify and note any damages to homes. Notify Quality Control or Maintenance dept as necessary
Collect and remove trash and debris
Carefully follow housekeeping checklist and reporting all guest damages.
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
Make sure outdoor patio and pool areas are clean and free of trash
Other responsibilities as assigned

The skills were looking for
Must have reliable transportation and Florida Drivers License
Maintain an energetic, friendly and positive attitude at all times
Strong understanding of hospitality housekeeping requirements
Good communication ability and customer-oriented
Attention to detail
Smartphone and personal email address
Ability to work weekends and holidays. (Flexible hours)
Reasonable comfort level with computers and smart devices
Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Competitive compensation. Work at various managed properties. Must own car and be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to work weekends.
