Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our apartments, hallways, and community grounds.

Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entryways, and common areas
Assist with general cleaning tasks around the property and office areas
Pick up trash and maintain overall appearance of the grounds
Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management

Qualifications:
Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (not required)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Must be dependable and punctual

Schedule & Pay:
Flexible schedule; part-time to full-time depending on workload
Pay starting at $15 $17 per hour (based on experience)
Bi-Weekly Pay Only
