Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong team committed to excellence.
Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction management.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and presentation expectations.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing clientele.
Supervise shift management activities, ensuring all team members are performing their duties efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and food handling practices.
Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Background in hospitality management or fine dining experience is preferred.
Familiarity with training & development practices for staff enhancement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning is desirable.
