The Server is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience at Momento.

- Greet guests and present the menu.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders.

- Serve dishes and drinks according to restaurant standards.

- Check in regularly on guest satisfaction.

- Provide menu and beverage recommendations.

- Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.

- Keep work areas and assigned tables clean and organized.

- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

- Previous experience as a server or in customer service (preferably in fine dining or international cuisine).

- Excellent attitude, personal presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
