Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper

At The Arbor Company, we're committed to creating a community where residents feel truly at home and well cared for. We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Housekeeper to join our Memory Care team.

This Full-Time position runs Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at $16 per hour. The role primarily focuses on laundry services while also supporting housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What You'll Do:

• Wash, dry, fold, and distribute residents' personal laundry and community linens.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

• Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.

• Follow infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for residents and team members.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or environmental services preferred, but not required - we'll train the right candidate.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team.

• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
