About the Role:

Our Cafe Team Members are the heart of our community cafe - whipping up smoothies, prepping fresh bites, and serving smiles all day long. If you're ready to bring your energy, creativity, and awesome customer service skills to a place where every shift is a mix of hustle and fun - keep reading!
What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. your superpowers):
- Creating fresh, nutritious menu items - think smoothies, salads, wraps, protein snacks, and more
- Serving up friendly, high-energy customer service to fuel our members before or after their workouts\
- Keeping the cafe, prep areas, and seating spaces clean, organized, and inviting
- Brewing quality coffee, tea, and wellness drinks to keep our community energized
- Using cafe tools and equipment like blenders, ovens, slicers, and more with confidence
- Ringing up orders quickly and accurately while engaging with members
- Listening to member feedback and helping us continuously improve the cafe experience
- Taking part in daily operations including opening, closing, and restocking duties
- Being a positive, reliable team player in a health-driven, fast-paced environment
Requirements
What You Bring:
- A positive attitude and love for working with people
- Experience in food service or customer service (a big plus!)
- Cash-handling skills and confidence using a POS system
- ServSafe certification? Awesome, but not required
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves - including weekends, evenings & holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 20 lbs), and stay on your feet during your shift
