What We're Looking For: INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Cleaner for a property located in Big Lake, MN. Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) - Cleaning the common areas including but not limited to: Hallways, Entry Doors and Windows, Recreation/Community Room, Fitness Center, and Elevator. - Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month). - Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers. - Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention Requirements Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate): - A high school diploma or equivalent - Time Management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Working Conditions: - Hourly - Part Time - On-Call as needed Why INH Properties? - Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team - Opportunity for growth and advancement - Engage in meaningful work that impacts our community Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents!
