Beacon Hill has partnered with an established insurance company in Schaumburg, IL in hiring a Receptionist to start immediately. Our client is seeking a professional, friendly and detail oriented professional to be the first point of contact for the office. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive experience for clients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and route them to the appropriate team member Manage front desk operations, including scheduling client appointments and maintaining visitor logs Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office deliveries Provide administrative support to office staff, including filing, scanning, and data entry Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Support insurance team with policy paperwork, forms, and general correspondence as needed Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience (insurance or financial services industry experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
