They work with various tools and perform tasks such as electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and equipment inspections.Responsibilities+ Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems+ Performing electrical repairs and maintenance+ Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance+ Performing HVAC maintenance and repairs+ Performing carpentry work on buildings and equipment as required+ Performing handyman services+ Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standardsRequirementsEducation and Experience+ 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and repairSkills+ Good knowledge of safety regulations and standards+ Strong mechanical and technical skills+ Ability to use various tools and equipment+ Good communication and interpersonal skills+ Strong attention to detail+ Ability to work independently or as part of a teamWorking ConditionsFacility Technicians work in various settings, including offices, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses and other businesses.
