Shore Leave Server & Bartender

Shore Leave is now hiring both a full-time server and bartender !

Shore Leave is a large tropical bar serving bar bites and a la carte sushi from Chef Colin Lynch . Shore Leave is our interpretation of a tropical escape, seen through the lens of our love for Bostons rich dining scene. Named after a sailors leisure time on dry land, Shore Leaves tropical concoctions aim to transport guests away from the hustle and bustle of city life thus, our goal is to host a convivial, neighborhood party, seven nights a week!

Like our sister restaurants Bar Mezzana , Black Lamb & FiDO , Shore Leave is a collaborative environment that fosters education and growth on every level. We are seeking those who are of similar mind and will strive to exceed our guests expectations through hard work, passion, kindness and originality. Our team is proud of what they put forth and our greatest hope is that Shore Leave provides a unique respite within our community.

Candidates should have prior experience in the position they are applying for. Previous experience with tropical and/or high volume is welcomed, but not required as we are happy to train the right candidate in this environment. Most importantly, were looking for those who share our dedication to hospitality, our excitement for food & cocktails, and our respect for those who work alongside us.
