Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Casino Host to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $45,800 $59,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. • Create and manage special events, including player parties, marketing promotions, and other activities to reward and recognize new and loyal existing players
• Survey players to determine their needs, and share feedback with leadership for continuous program improvement

• At least 21 years of age
• No college degree required
• At least two years experience in a customer service or sales position
• 1 year as Casino Host or similar preferred
• Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Knowledgeable of various games, their rules, and can speak to them comfortably

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
