Maintenance Mechanic

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mixers, conveyors, fillers, sealers, and other production machinery.
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
  
  
• Work with a skilled team to keep production running efficiently.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with food manufacturing machinery and production environments.
  
  
• Sollid mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  
  
• Ability to read schematics and work independently.
  
  
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on food production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, fillers, sealers, ovens, and packaging machines.
  
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  
  
• Conduct repairs, adjustments, and replacements of machine parts to maintain production efficiency.
  
  
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous operation.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitary standards during all maintenance activities.
  
  
• Document maintenance activities and keep accurate service records.
  
  
• Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
