Facility Maintenance Technician

Facility Maintenance Technician Location: Middleburg Heights, OH Shift: 1st Shift (Monday Friday) Pay: Up to $30/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance across multiple buildings
• Replace lighting fixtures and bulbs both inside and outside
• Blow out vent stacks and handle rooftop maintenance tasks
• Conduct electrical work , including wiring and repairing lamp posts
• Set up and maintain irrigation systems and handle seasonal blowouts
• Install, maintain, and repair lake fountains
• Operate company-provided trucks for plowing snow during winter
• Install and repair interior finishes including:
  • Laminate flooring
  • Drywall
  • Cabinets and countertops
  • Doors (suite, closet, utility, and building doors)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facility, property, or building maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic wiring
• Ability to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license required (company truck provided for snow plowing)
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening
