Housekeeper

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, supporting the hotel's commitment to excellence.

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.

• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.

• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and remove trash and debris.

• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens.

• Report maintenance issues or missing/damaged items to the supervisor.

• Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals properly.

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

• Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including lost and found items.

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet room readiness deadlines.

• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
