Our client, a large family-owned flooring company, is seeking 12 friendly and professional Receptionists to join their showroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values longevity and is looking to grow with a stable, supportive company.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in the showroom
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and provide excellent customer service
Support office operations, including scheduling and handling administrative tasks
Assist with documentation using DocuSign, QuickBooks, and the companys in-house CRM (training provided)
Flexibility to occasionally work between Huntington Beach, Long Beach, and Yorba Linda offices
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a family-oriented, team-based environment (57 staff in HB office)
Willingness to work weekends as needed
Pet-friendly (an Aussie Doodle is in the Huntington Beach office!)
