Job Opening: Secondary Shop Mechanic + Bartender

Location: Hooptie Bike Lounge 1225 Boston Ave. Longmont, CO
Position: Part-Time (2540 hrs/week)
Seasonal: Summer Help (opportunity for annual employment)
Compensation: Based on experience + tips

About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, bike-loving team player to join our crew this! This hybrid role is perfect for someone whos just as comfortable pouring a cold one as they are turning wrenches or chatting with customers at the service counter.

Responsibilities:
Basic Bike Service: Flat fixes, brake and shift adjustments, safety checks

Service Writing: Check-in bikes, provide repair estimates, and communicate with customers

Bartending: Pour beers, keep the bar tidy, and create a fun, welcoming vibe. Utilize Hooptie Bike Lounge social media and manage in store events to increase customer engagement.

Cashiering: Ring up sales, handle POS transactions, and provide excellent customer service

Retail Support: Housekeeping, merchandise replenishment, online order fulfillment
You Are:
Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and a great communicator

Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Experienced with basic bike repair (or eager to learn!)

21+ with bartending experience or willingness to get certified

Bonus Points:
You have previous experience in a bike shop, bar, or retail environment

You love bikes, beer, and building community

You can work evenings and weekends
