Our client is seeking an Office Coordinator & Receptionist to support daily operations at our Mansfield campus. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, you will help create a professional and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude who is looking for stability and opportunities to grow into future roles within the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries.
Distribute incoming mail/packages and manage outgoing shipments.
Maintain a tidy and presentable office and reception area.
Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, ordering office supplies, and scheduling meetings.
Support Human Resources with onboarding, orientations, and walk-in applicants.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Monitor office security procedures (logbook, visitor badges, SQF compliance).
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
12 years of experience in an office, receptionist, or administrative role preferred.
Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
