Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on an on-call basis.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in food safety or barista training from a recognized institution.
  • Experience working in a retail or specialty coffee shop setting.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities:
