Part Time Custodian I

Custodians provide cleaning and light maintenance services in and around food service areas. The primary emphasis is on cleaning the public areas which include restrooms, carpeted and hard-surface floor care, kitchens, trash removal, furniture set-ups and other related duties. Custodians may work individually or on a team. This position is asked to interact in a positive manner with all guests to accomplish the department mission.
~Clean and sanitize all public and common areas. To include: restrooms, service areas, stairwells, etc.
Carpeted and hard-surface floor care
~Trash removal
~Set up and tear down of areas such as conference spaces/seating spaces/public spaces dependent on facility
~Move and straighten furniture, light food service equipment, dishes, glasses etc
~May shovel snow at entry ways
~Other related custodial duties
~Actively participates as part of the team while performing other duties in support of the departments mission.

This is a part-time position. Part-time employees work up to 16 hours a week, enjoy flexibility in their schedule and are eligible to receive holiday pay and annual & sick leave pay on a prorated basis.
