Objective
Demonstrate exceptional service in representing Webber in a professional manner by welcoming crew members, job applicants, visitors, and corporate guests. Ensure that those who call for information are courteously and properly greeted and connected to the right crew member, and respond to inquiries. Maintain an extraordinarily positive attitude throughout the day.
Regular Job Duties
Greet crew members and visitors with a friendly and professional disposition. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and help facilitate visits
Send and receive mail and packages via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Hotshot, and other delivery methods. Distribute mail and packages to appropriate employees
Operate the phone switch by answering calls and transferring callers to the right person. Provide answers to common questions
Keep stock, order, organize, and distribute office supplies
Maintain, organize, and keep clean the common areas of the office including the break room, copy room, conference rooms, and reception area
Maintain the schedule of the conference rooms and share with others
Prepare expense reports
Assist with general office work such as assembling reports, obtaining signature approvals, tracking and routing files, maintaining a phone list & address book, and making copies
Other unlisted duties will be assigned .
Qualifications
Have a t least three ( 3 ) years of experience as a receptionist
Be a ble to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
Received a High school Diploma
Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
