Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required
Successful background check required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive visitor experience. Proficiency in busy front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems. Ability to multi-task and provide support across multiple departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.
Specific Tasks:
Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, transferring calls, providing general information over the phone and in-person. Support multiple departments with administrative tasks, create badges for district staff, thorough and complete data entry, maintain confidentialilty for entire building and families.
