THE JOB:
As a Busser/Food Runner at Jia, youll help create a smooth, seamless dining experience in our modern Asian kitchen. From clearing and resetting tables to running dishes with precision and care, youll keep service flowing and ensure guests feel welcomed from start to finish. In this fast-paced, team-driven role, your attention to detail and energy help deliver the WOW moments Jia is known for.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.25/hr + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by bussing and setting up tables, cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing dishware while maintaining the appearance of the front and back-of-house areas to company standards.

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with the server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 18+ years of age
• Preferably has 1+ years of restaurant experience
